We help young people to be strong for life

What started as a small boxing gym has become a social enterprise changing lives through boxing, fitness, and education.

We opened Training Cave as a place for people to train, grow, and belong

What began as a few local classes has grown into a community of hundreds of members and a competitive Boxing Academy. For us, it's never just been about fitness — it's about confidence, resilience, and belonging.

Soon, schools started calling. Teachers needed support for students who were disengaged or at risk of being excluded

We built accredited programmes in boxing, PE, sports leadership, and wellbeing — courses that give students qualifications, confidence, and real pathways into further education or work. Today, our classrooms are just as important as our gym floor.

Word spread beyond the classroom. Councils, police, and charities asked us to meet young people where they are

Not every young person walks through a school gate or gym door. So we took the gloves to them — pop-up sessions in local parks, youth justice referrals, holiday programmes. Building safer, stronger communities across Kirklees.

As our work grew, so did the need for support. Local businesses and national sponsors stepped up

They invested not just in boxing, but in stronger communities. Every pound we receive is reinvested into youth programmes and outreach projects, from reducing antisocial behaviour to building brighter futures.
